Garage Coffee is a Canterbury-based operation, founded by barista and entrepreneur, Luke Underdown. After some deliberation, Luke named the business after its premises: a disused garage. Rather than being a storage facility for motor vehicles, this building’s new existence has seen it transform into a ‘magical labyrinth of coffee alchemy’.

As we’re sure you’ll agree, this laboratory produces coffee that more than lives up to that billing! Garage hand-roast their coffees once a week, on a Saturday, before sending out the results so that they can be enjoyed by midweek.
They make use of specialist importers, which means that all of their coffee can be traced back to the farm. In short, they’re everything that a small coffee-roaster should be. But don’t just take our word for it – if you want to be truly convinced of Luke’s coffee-credentials, then all you need do is sample his work!
