Craft-house specialise in lighter-to-medium espresso roasts, while taking care to avoid the grassy flavour of under-roasted coffee. While Craft House espressos have just enough darkness to help them cut through in milk-based drinks, generally speaking, you’ll get subtler flavours from this roaster.
This is a roaster which places special emphasis on transparency, taking special efforts to see that their coffee has been ethically traded, and that we can trace each of their products back to the farm from which it came. They’ve got the supply chains needed to source stunning coffee, and the know-how to roast it to perfection. The result? A series of drinks that you’ll love – however you decide to brew them. If you’re in the West Sussex area, then you’ll be pleased to know that they accept visitors to the roastery – but even if you’re not, you’ll be able to sample their work through the products listed here.
